Matt was responsive to my initial call for an estimate and returned my call within the day. He arrived punctually for the estimate and was professional. For the actual work, I was out of town but it took two and a half days (Matt estimated 3). Matt kept in touch with me by phone to let me know how the work was progressing. I returned home to great looking floors.

I called Fisher Flooring and the owner, Matt, came to my home personally and gave me an estimate. His estimate was a little high because he was going to use an expensive name brand hardwood (the ones we currently have were of the same brand), but told me that he could get his estimate down if I was okay with using a reputable company which wasn’t as well known. I told him that that would be fine, and he came by with samples that matched perfectly with our existing hardwood. Matt was able to come very close to another estimate we had, and I decided to go with Matt because of his professionalism. I am very pleased with my decision because Matt’s crew came right on time, installed the hardwood very quickly, yet proficiently, and cleaned up everything before leaving. They even voluntarily moved some of the furniture back into the office without me even asking. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job; the floor looks excellent. I will definitely use Matt again for any future flooring needs.
